We use your data to deliver our services (searching, purchasing, uploading reports), send notifications (e.g. report availability), improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We also collect aggregated usage data (see section 4) to understand how the platform is used and to improve our services.
3. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored using Supabase. Payment data is handled by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and local storage for essential functionality (e.g. keeping you signed in). When enabled, we use PostHog for product analytics: page views, feature usage, and error reporting. PostHog may set cookies or use local storage to identify your browser session; we do not send your email or other personal details as analytics event properties. Analytics is disclosed here in line with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand); we do not use a blocking consent banner for this purpose.
5. Third Parties
We work with Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), and PostHog (product analytics when enabled). These providers have their own privacy policies — see PostHog's privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
